This Privacy Policy explains how EventOps, LLC collects, uses, and discloses personal information about our clients, the customers of our clients, who are visitors to our website at mccormickinmemphis.com. All collection of personal information will strictly be used for communications before, during, and after the “Event” period. The Event is defined as the World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest (May 14-17, 2025), and the communication period will last from no earlier than March 1, 2025 to no later than June 30, 2025.

Personal information we collect from our partners is limited to what is necessary for Event-based communications: first and last name, email address, and phone number.
