    • Located in a reserved room off the lobby of the Courtyard Marriott

    • This will be staffed by an EventOps team member, with signage outside

  • 3:30pm: Transport to WCBCC begins, Downtown to Liberty Park

  • 4:00pm: McCormick Hospitality Tent Opens @ Liberty Park

  • 5:00-6:30pm: Cattlemen’s Flavor Lab Live @ McCormick Hospitality Tent

    • Live demonstration building flavor in rubs and sauces

  • 5-9:00pm: “A Taste of Tennessee” Welcome Reception @ McCormick Hospitality Tent

  • 11:00pm: Last Shuttle to Hotel, WCBCC to Downtown

  • 12:00am: Event Gates Close @ WCBCC

Friday, May 17

  • 9:00am: Welcome Bags & Event Credential Pickup continues

  • 9:30am: Transport to WCBCC begins, Downtown to Liberty Park

  • 11:00am: Hog Crawl @ Various Team Tents throughout WCBCC

  • 1:00pm: Hotel Break/Downtime (digestion nap!)

  • 6:30pm: McCormick Flavor Forecast Happy Hour @ McCormick Hospitality Tent

  • 7:00pm: McCormick Flavor Forecast Dinner @ McCormick Hospitality Tent

  • 11:00pm: Last Shuttle to Hotel, WCBCC to Downtown

  • 12:00am: Event Gates Close @ WCBCC

Saturday, May 18
